Importance of Resilience

Emotions in particular drain the battery. It's about energy management. Through exercises you increase the stress resistance and thus your energy supply. You learn to keep control. There is a connection between heart rhythm variability (HRV) and self-regulation. Here you see the difference between an incoherent and a coherent heart. Frustrations or anxiety appear on the screen as a capricious HRV pattern. A sign that the brain and nervous system are not in harmony. Positive emotions such as appreciation and happiness show a fluid HRV pattern. Body awareness and exercises are the key to a well-functioning autonomic nervous system. Those in a coherent state send positive signals from the heart to brain parts that are involved in decision making and creativity. That is why current leaders want to be coherent.
