The book’s author, psychiatrist Mieko Kamiya, explains that as a word, IKIGAI is similar to “happiness” but has a subtle difference in its nuance. Ikigai is what allows you to look forward to the future even if you’re miserable right now.

With the support of the horse we will work through the four circles of IKIGAI to help you to identify how:

1) Regain confidence in yourself and your abilities

2) Reconnect yourself to what you really want

3) Activate your will

4) Give and receive with the authenticity of the heart


For each IKIGAI quadrant (4) I use different interaction with the horse capable to raise what you really feel and want.
